Why?</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">One of the explanations is because, there are the mineral proteins, up there are the vegetal and then the animal. It’s like saying: the water feeds the vegetable (mineral and vegetal), that is eaten by the animal - cow.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">When you use leather shoes (can’t just use shoes) it’s like saying that humans are superior these other proteins, although Yom Kippur there is not something like that.
